Visit Campus

  • The easiest way to learn your next steps and connect with the ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ Office of Admissions is to visit campus! We offer campus tours daily Monday-Friday at 10am and 1pm.

Set up your DUO Mobile and your ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ Portal Account

  • DUO Mobile is ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ’s multifactor authentication app that protects your access to secure platforms like and , and should be set up immediately after admission.
  • Your ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ Portal is your official student dashboard where you can manage your email, register for courses, view billing, and more.

Complete your ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ Housing Application

  • Incoming freshmen can access their ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ Housing application beginning December 1.
  • Incoming students must be admitted to complete the ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ Housing Application. Using your ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ Portal log in, access the Housing Application here.
  • Housing Applications require a $150 nonrefundable fee. Applications are not complete until a student submits payment.

Reserve your spot at SOAR –ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ's Orientation Experience

  • To enhance the start of your ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ journey, we offer to all incoming students. Incoming students can expect to:

Sign up for your Advising Session

  • Book an appointment with your Academic Advisor! Freshmen can begin meeting with advisors as early as May 1st for virtual or in-person appointments. Being prepared for your academic advisement session is key to your success. You must before you can register for class. Review your information for Preparing for Your Advising Appointment.
  • Once you complete your advising session, you will be ready to when Incoming Freshman registration opens for your start term. Learn more about registration dates here.

Access your ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ Mane Card

  • Your Mane Card grants access to on-campus resources as well as entry to your residence hall.
  • The new Mane Card Mobile ID is available to all enrolled students and current employees. Tap your iPhone, Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy, or other eligible Android phones at readers across campus to conveniently access your Mane Card.

Register your car for on campus parking

  • Students must register their vehicle in the . Log in using your ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ Portal log in credentials and access the Parking Portal.
  • Once you're in the ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ Parking Portal, you can register new vehicles under the "Vehicles" tab. Use the "Permits" tab to set up your ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ Parking Pass for your on campus parking needs.

Access your online bill and pay your remaining balance

  • Only students and designated Authorized Users (Parents, Guardians, Employers and others that the student has given permission to access their eBill.) may make a payment or review a bill using the eBill system.
  • A Student making a payment:
    1. Log in to the ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ Portal
    2. Scroll to the Student Account and Meal Plan block
    3. Select Student Account Center/Pay Bill
  • An Authorized User making a payment should visit the system to make a payment. Authorized users will use their unique username and password to view bills or make payments.

Schedule your move in date and time

  • Check your ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ Email for details on move-in dates, times, and locations. ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ Housing coordinates residence hall move in efforts on an annual basis. Learn more with their ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ Housing Timeline.
