Camps take place August 7/8 and August 11/12
Camps are limited to five students.
Registration deadline for Laser Camp 1 is Tuesday, August 5th.
Registration deadline for Laser Camp 2 is Thursday, August 7th.

Overview
- Designed for grades 9 - up
- two-day day-camp
- Campers produce a laser show with music of their choice
- Students learn the science of light

Goals
- Allow students to understand the difference between sources of light
- Allow students to understand laser safety
- Allow students to understand how lasers are used in everyday life
- Allow students understand how to creatively combine music and lasers for vivid shows
- Allow students to work in teams to produce a show for others to enjoy

Creating a Laser Show
Students will create a laser show synchronized to music of their choice. it is a true STEAM experience
|
Format
- The students learn through instruction and interactive activities. Experiments create team building. All supplies are provided.
- The final product many be submitted to the national Laser Show Design contest
